Our dedicated team undertook the transformation of a heritage Federation-style home located in the heart of Ashfield. This project involved the construction efforts to modernise the living spaces while preserving the home’s historic charm. Key elements of the renovation included the creation of an open-plan living area seamlessly integrating the kitchen, as well as the addition of a contemporary bathroom.

Furthermore, we successfully executed an attic conversion, incorporating a stylish and functional stairway to provide access to the newly constructed space. This blend of modern amenities with classic architectural elements resulted in a harmonious home that honours its rich heritage while catering to contemporary living needs.
